At least it's not another case of sexual misconduct this time. In today's USA Today, Bishop Thomas O'Brien has been charged with a fatal hit and run in an automobile. His Excellency, Bishop O'Brien has also historically had to deal with his handling of sexual misconduct in his diocese. Are our Bishops demonstrating the moral leadership that makes questioning "official teaching" unthinkable?
